Documents Required
1. The e-application form
To register your interest in a EC project and/or book a
unit, all applicants will need to fill up and signed the e-application form.
Apart from for the cover page, the inputs required in the e-application forms are all
the same for any EC application.
2. The Authorisation
form
The authorisation form is used during the initial launch
period by marketing agents to submit the e-appication form on the applicants behalf. This is
to help applicants eliminate the unproductive queuing time which is expected during the initial
launch period.
The authorisation form is also used by applicants
who are out-of-town during the e-application period to register their interest in the project through the
marketing agent.
The authorisation form is not needed if
applicants can be present at the point of time when the e-application is
submitted.
The authorisation form is project
specific, applicants need to get the appropriate authorisation form from your marketing agent if
needed.
3. Supporting Documents for HDB Submission
All applicants will need to submit the following documents
(where applicable) within one week from date of booking of EC unit, in respect of all persons listed in the
e-application form for verification of their eligibility.
